Purposes and legal bases
We process data in connection with handling enquiries, preparing and delivering cooperation, correspondence, legal obligations and website security. Depending on the purpose and circumstances, the legal basis may be Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) GDPR.
Where Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, our legitimate interests include business correspondence, handling enquiries, website security and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Technical data and cookies
When using the website, basic technical information may be processed, including IP address, browser data, security logs and information about privacy settings. Details are described in the Privacy and cookies policy.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by providers of hosting, email, IT tools, security, legal and accounting services. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, appropriate to the specific provider.
Profiling and automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about users that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them based solely on automated processing. The current version of the website does not conduct marketing profiling.

- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability — where applicable;
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Right to object
In the cases set out in Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. In relation to direct marketing, an objection may be made at any time.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that personal-data processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
